Chicken Soup for the Yin and Yang

      I like this guy.  I love his kitchen, but I love his foods.

      It’s good, masterclass Chinese – not street but utilises many aspects.

      Of course, drawback is there are things we cant get, but if we follow principles, we can probably find a good substitute.  It’s a case of “use what knowledge you have and throw in a little imagination”.

      So this belongs in both food and health, because he talks of the Chinese Yin and Yang of food – the need to balance things. Which applies to most things life really,  I think
